During lockdown 1.0, like many others, I used my one form of exercise a day to walk my glossy coated miniature dachshund, Delilah. The pace of life was slower, the wildlife was in abundance and the thought of a mini project began to give lockdown a purpose. As I sat reflecting on family and the thought of a brighter winter by the fire, I dreamt of celebrating freedom with a dry martini, a family favourite. This was the beginning of an idea. Whilst others were perfecting their sour dough recipes, I was tasting gin.
